It seems we have reached that point where in blind defense of a chosen play style, people ignore the logic and reason of an argument in utter defense of their actions.

The discussion was started to determine if this is indeed an exploit. To me and others it is clearly that.
You mention that this is currently possible, so therefore intended. I don't believe this was ever intended. Just an oversight that, if dealt with by logical, reasonable people , will be fixed as many oversights have been before.

I'm all for fun and creativity in eve and as I have mentioned before, this in no way affects me. It is just a problem that is need of a fix.

Seems like you were mistaken as we have been trying to tell you.

It may not have been intended, but it is within the rules and behaviour of the Crimewatch mechanics. This is not an exploit, just a creative use of game mechanics.

So to say that the effect of concord is nullified is really silly imo.
Of course it is! Criminal timers don't just mean concord blows up your current ships, it's means that for 15 minutes you are not able to fly about in a ship. Using an on grid orca to swap out your ship is bypassing that effect so that you can fire off another gank (or continue your previous one) while under the same timer.

Allowing this to continue means that you are able to solo gank pretty much any ship or structure without having to wait out your criminal timers. Don't get me wrong, I can see why you guys are arguing so hard to keep it, but to suggest "the carebears" are just whining because you've found an exploit that you can get away with for a while is ludicrous.

We don't need to argue hard, it's not an exploit.

No need to be aggressive mate. Well all I asked for was clarification. And seems my post has sparked a statement from the big cheese himself.

So I guess we all know now once and for all.

Thread officially ended .

The 15 minute timer stops you from warping your ship (in high sec), not flying it! The orca does not help you warp the ship magically.

Also, it's always been the case that you can warp in your pod under that 15 minute timer and reship somewhere.

Considering the number of threads that have been created regarding this particular tactic, the chances of your particular post being the one that sparked a response from CCP are pretty much nil.
