Hello pilots.

I have found this new puzzle posted no less than 30 minutes on EvE Online now.

EvE Online Now

Now this looks similar to the front of Drifter Battleship in this link here Drifter Battleship

but I doubt it is.

It could be another piece from my first thread and another EvE Online now link What could this be?

What do you guys think? Big smile

I am adding Talocans in the thread tittle just because there are some hints, guesing around forums latelly.

Drifter, Symbol - Talocans? But the ship is different. New design for new Jove pirate faction?
Maybe inspired by Talocan and sleeper tech.

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

I've never heard of the drifter Battleship before.

What else do we know about it?
For example, has anyone seen it floating around WH space? Can we get a closer picture of it? (Preferably max-quality)

It looks like you can fight it. The description says it is a sleeper drone, but it looks drastically different than a Sleeper drone. huh.

The other option is, its jove ship. As the old ships were removed from the client, new may be added.
The next option is maybe the fifth race, Jove will be available to us. Or next epic arc, that will get you to wormholes to fight with Jove heretics that would discover something about Talocans and usurped the power. Talocans returning now seems too much lore breaking on second thought. But Talocan inspired designs and arc... Is good for me.

These little ships look like new sentry drones, pirate faction sentry drones with new pirate faction battleship of jove, sleeper and talocan mixed roots, it is something what would be sooo much OP.

From all we've seen so far, I'm beginning to think this is an old ship from the time before the Jovians and Sleepers/Architects split. The one spotted in SISI had a Jovian "Pilot", and the Sleepers sleeping in the VR construct are, physically, Jovian.

If they were to leave the construct, that would be the type of ship they would have to use: an old Jovian ship that looks very different from the other Jovian ships we have seen.

More I think about it, It can be truth. Jove ships with Jove heretics who want to get rid of lesser subraces? Using ships inspired by Talocan and sleeper tech. Obtained by them by long and fruitfull research. Maybe obtained by us as a BPC copy drop from wreck of one of them.

I don't think Talocans will come and do anything now, as they migrated too far away and leaved only trash after themselves. Trash that is picked up and researched by everyone, from sleepers to Jove. And that would be this new battleship maybe. Made of researched Talocan trash. P

I think the quote means some basic assumptions people have about Eve are about to get turned upside down.

...Its obviously a close up render of the new Jovian/Sleep/Whatever "battleship". The first pic was the front, the second was the back.


Sure its cool and all, but in the end unless we can fly it, its just another rat.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
