after 13 days of back and fourth with 'tech help' I am STILL unable to get launcher to get out of "offline mode" I CAN however play if i log in using exefile.exe...... this is NOT how it should be. my subscription is up in 3 days, I dont think I'll be renewing.

Same here, the launcher doesn't spawn the game window. Not only that, the help site goes into an endless browser loop, probably because it can't set cookies. Sloppy programming in both launcher and website. No end to the torment.

So I'm locked out of the game and the helpful website is anything but. At least CCP have my money, so that's ok.

Using either the launcher or the exe file causes me problems.The only solution so far is to delete 19 files( same ones everytime) and run the repair tool.A complete pain in the arse and it seems a problem ignored by ccp.This has been ongoing for months.Ridiculous way for customers to be treated.
