New Business Man Seeking to Start Scams

Hey everyone, I am looking to start a small venture into scamming, to do this I need some liquid isk. If anyone is willing to donate a billion isk or two to this affair I can guarantee 1) you're money will not be spent well 2) you will never see it again 3) I may not even send a thank you letter.

Def. not trying to beg. Just looking for a loan to start a small scamming venture. The best place to find isk is other player's wallets.

Thank you for your rating, thoughtful people such as your self help me improve my social skills and ability to interact with others.

As for your initial inquiry of what my scam will be: I will use the 1bil - 45bil to intentionally scam another out of their isk.
