Good day, Ladies and Gentleman.

Me and my pal are visiting WH time to time with Dominix. And i came up with an Idea of smaller version, but want to ask some veterans how would it fare (b/4 buying it).

Wormhole anomaly doesn't really matter as long, as it doesn't lower armor tanking (pulsar i think).

For CPU shortage we consider having up to + 3 % CPU implants

Also probable Orca / Legion fleet booster w/ lvl5 skills and implant.

Web for defensive purposes versus small pests that came close


1. Tactics would be drop into site
2. Drop 1 container of something
3. Deploy drones
4. Orbit container
5. Destroy Things.
6. (optimal) be destroyed.

Also , please if you comment , don't just say 'just because', please, give some explanations / reasons it wont work, or why your suggestion would work better.

You might need some Lovetar

Careful not to launch drones prematurely and don't forget to take your blue pill 30 minutes beforehand.

Pretty close to what you've got already. Have not flown this myself but I hear they work great Big smile

you will need 3 ishtars to do a c3 site. Also needs full rack of reppers, just get cap stable some other way.

Why ? why 3 ? we have done with 2 dominix (dps was same, even if not less) C3 doesn't dish out abnormal amount of Damage.

According to eve survival Outpost Frontier Stronghold max dmg is 740. But considering ishtar will be orbiting and have 2,5x smaller signature , it will get considerably less damage

Also The Oruze Construct have highest Neut in C3 what is curently ~24GJ / s

As i noticed sleepers rarely Neut one target while dps another (can be wrong ofc), i can turn off repairers and be stable.

3 is for safety basically, in a pair if one of you dies then it's likely the other one will as well.

redundancy is important in a wormhole.

I'd go shieldtank all day every day. Before putting any significant pimp on it, you get 3 DDAs and an Omni for your sentries. Since you're remote repping each other, you can also consider using heavies. It's a bit slower, but truly afk-capable.

Anyhow, with a shieldfit you can put two large meta cap Xfers in the highs and a egress port in the lows, leaving you with a net delta of +50 or so on your capchain.

A single T3 can solo C3 sites, I don't know why you would need 3 Ishtars.

Then again, I've never flown the Ishtar and refuse to do PVE. Still, 3 Ishtars in a C3 sounds like overkill.

In my short experience that c3 sleeper may not kill you but they will kill your sentries so fast that your head is starting to spin.

I am soloing c3 combat anomalies and relic sites with my two favorite ships after some tryouts.

something like that? It's a lot less tank than the armour setup (over 130 dps less tanked) and also has lower optimals for drones.

sleepers will not target your drones if you are remote repping

That fit is ridiculously cheap ;) Only ishtar Worth something.

While you RR in any way you generate way more 'Agro' than damaging drones , also Ewar give quite a bit, Drones will be ignored most of time.

I used to run to spider Domis. Gardes got almost no aggro at all as stated above. Sleepers HATE RR.

Also, in C3 only the FFRD and UFD sites and the Solar Cell anom have scram frigs which are easily dispatched. No other site or anom has scramming. I wouldn't try either of those two data/relic sites anyway, the incoming DPS is too high.

Spider tanking armoured Ishtars with a Legion running links is the way to go. Once you've run a dozen anoms, you'll have paid for both the dps boats. Then profit:)
