WTS perfect Rorqual/Orca toon

Toon will be in an npc corp before transfer.

Has perfect jumps skills and is able to fly a Rorqual and and Orca perfectly.

Can also fly a jump freighter. Good miner can use all t2 crystals.

Also can do research efficiently and manufacturing.

Will be Starting the Bidding at 10 bil.

Looking for a buyout around 16 bil.


I will run this until I get what I think is fair.
