Now there is a situation that high in all sectors of the NPC stations, all the lines to copy and study efficiency (ME) are occupied, and the closest release date through 20 days.
Need to raise performance to the level of blueprint ME 100-150 has no good use, but apparently the game got a lot of producers or nubo many speculators who deliberately slaughtered all the free line to sell his blueprint with the ME 150 through contracts.
It would be desirable as it solve the problem of huge backlog of research productivity.
Maybe the problem can be solved by raising the cost of leased lines to study the efficiency of production in times of 10-100.

I endorse more expensive trough dynamic public fees in all npc stations for S&I slots.

Assuming you are in Caldari space.

1) Grind faction standings with Caldari for your corp to 5.0+

2) Launch POS for your corp in a Caldari 5.0 system with a station in it

3) Anchor your own mobile labs for research

4) Profit


You can also pay someone who does faction standing increases to join your corp for a week to get your corp to 5.0 or higher standings assuming no one in your corp has any standings with Caldari.

So what your saying is that people shouldn't be able to set up long research jobs, because you want to set up a long research job? They are not using all those slots just to spite you, they are using them for the exact same purpose you want to use them for.

Add it the queue and wait your turn.

Or if you need it now buy a researched BPO / Put up a POS + labs.

I imagine the projections for how many production lines there should be where probably done a long time ago perhaps it is time to reasses the need and expand the number available.
