Hello all, I am TheMeanPerson, renowned highsec gank crew leader.

I'd like to invite all players to our campaign which started 4 days ago, which is basically aiming to bring attention to the mechanic of double wrapping courier contracts...


Currently any ship in eve can simply double wrap a courier contract and instantly gain the ability of immunity to cargo scanners, as the value and items inside of said double wrap is unknown to those scanning. It is clearly an exploit/broken mechanic that just simply has become the norm in eve and hasn't been fixed.

So us gankers have decided since anyone can hide their cargo, there's no real value in having blockade runners in the game and have decided to kill them all. ALL. OF. THEM. So far in 4 days we've ganked 105 cloaky haulers in jita, and it wont stop until we hit 1000.

All pilots ganked are being referred to this thread to either choose to support or not support our cause. ANYONE wanting to join our cause as a ganker please join the ganking community in eradicating these useless ships from eve. Contact me or my gank crew listed in my bio ingame for more information. But you do know that you don't need double-wrap or a BR to hide expensive cargo?

Well... go on and shoot every BR and every ship with double-wrap in its cargohold... but don't be sad that it won't stop haulers to hide their cargo.
Think sandbox... Cargo Scanners aren't as uber as you want them to be.

Sorry, its just that when I see an exploited mechanic not being fixed I tend to get a little angry, so I will continue killing cloaky haulers until its fixed. We're at 135 killed.

as im sure double wrapping was not intentional i find it amusing that griefers are being griefed so to speak.

Now those are some tasty tears

LMAO let the carebears have their day? as incursions hasn't done that? Please, just stop. Exploit = Exploit. Its the same reason you can't place cans in cans, it breaks scans. Its why you cant put a courier in a can, but contract mechanics allow for you to place couriers in couriers. Its obviously unintended and was never labeled an exploit. There is no validity in its mechanics other than "ganking is bad wah wah wah carebear carebear googoo gaga".

BR have other uses than hiding cargo but anyway, too bad that I deleted Eve (my accnt is nearly dead) I would have trolled you in Jita with my Prowler. GL Bear

Who takes a cloaky hauler to Jita? BRs are 100mil ships that die if you sneeze at them. Even if they're carrying nothing, the 100mil killmail alone is usually worth the ship loss.

I am not a ganker, but I fully support this simply because anyone you kill is in need of being relieved of the burden of their ship.
