AFK cloaker, every advantage in their favour. Combat ships had to re-ship, that takes an average of 1.5 minutes.

They went into hostile space, got a fight, lost the ISK-war efficiency by 2% (according to ZK's approximation). That's enough to rant about? I call goon-victory!

Bomber wings are used on combat ships successfully in hostile space. They lost against disorganised miners.
Bit like failing to hit the ground, with nothing else around when falling over.

Crime = attacking miners & breaking and entering into someone's home system
Punishment = blown up and shamed.

Won on ISK and made them run. Win.

Normally miners = dock or die
... and normally don't succeed at PVP because so much skill goes into resource processing.

I'm having a hard time believing that someone who was cloaked and wasn't even at their keyboard did that.

That's what I say.

Only 2 of those things are crimes. Shooting your buddies during gate camps is a time honored eve tradition.
