Fast and efficient way to grind standings?

Okay, my trade alt is losing 0.01 ISK wars because margins get little too thin. I need standings, but what is the fastest and most efficient way to grind them?

Courier missions seem to give little standings bonus, even at level 3, and some corporations doesn't offer courier missions in all levels.

I don't want to get into long skill training sinde alts plans are in industry and trading.

Maybe level 2 missions could be it? I heard someone saying that he used Hawk, and raised standings from 0.00 to 8.00 in about week with level 2 missions. But I am not going to start training level four skills, since with bad skills risk to lose your ship grows. It's hard for me to make profit, so I don't want to kill it by losing ships.

Fast, efficient and fail proof. That's what I am after.

Train up Social, Negotiation and Connections.

Level 3 Encounter missions is quickest way to gain corporation standings but since you're Industrial character, best to complete courier missions for Distribution agent.

The best way is to run level 3 combat missions making sure that the storyline agent you will be sent to works for the same corporation. The standings increase from the storyline missions are typically much larger than the regular missions. Unfortunately this does require enough skill points in combat skills to actually run the missions.

The social skills really help, train at least Social and Connections, they're level 1 and 3 skills.

The fastest way to gain standings probably is to rush lvl 3 missions. You don't have to run them necessarily with your indy alt: accept and complete the missions with him but run them with some other char or a group of friends. Just make sure you don't share the rewards as this will also share the standing increase.
The example you mentioned seems plausible. I recently increased some standings up to about 7 (for refining) by rushing lvl 2 missions (there was no lvl 3 agent close by) in a vaga. Took me couple of days, no more.
