NEW BURNER MISSIONS IN DEDICATED WH

Idea
Get the new Thera Wh system\concept slimmed down to fit some very Hard-core mission- lets face some bad consequences.

A gate lead to un unstable-really tiny wh, such only small ships could pass, D3's or Elite frigs.
The Wh is part of the mission, still possible to scan down, access to it could be granted only with a numeric key provided by agent ( and through a gate )
key would have an auto-destruction time feat and be unique. Also three copies could be granted for each mission.
This should prevent scanners to interact with the wh.
When mission inside it it is finished, wh should depletes.
Naturally inside it if capsuleer forget to Bm the exit and has no probes... he shall die...

Why a wh? A Thera wh would change all stats for small ships. Such that an Elite frig ( and certainly newly concept D3's ) with small ammo\missiles could break a very good cruiser tank... pirate cruisers in this instance,,,

Some maybe could fit cruiser size vessel to beef up; still pirate cruiser bandits and adding standard T2's cruisers in the Burner manner. But that would lose the Thera-small-points advantage. Oh. That if YOU are in a cruiser.. if them has frigs
I feel the hard-core could be extreme for a very well tanked cruiser-d3's to deal with and figure out...

A cruiser size pirate and a frig size pirate - only a D3 could match that...
but stll cruisers would be nice

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.

Of course dedicated Wh for missions would have also a strand of other benefits along the way, let alone pimped burner missions.

it could involve Exploration - hacking mission that requires the use of probes - otherwise not seen as part of missioning
and so be SOE related-oriented. With the fighting.

To "Clear" a wh it could mean clean all anomalies - that would take maybe one hour to do all, leaving time for scavenging.

Rookie pilots would have an insight of Wh's mechanics.

So, at least three more points to justify a dedicated wh.

well yeah, redesign the gate code to accept unique keys maybe a little hard work, ther is easier way, just need to find it... Smile

have to say i would not be opposed to some kind of "tiny wormhole full of scary things" even if that does scream "instanced dungeon" which sets of every MMO alarm in my head...
