Account login failure?

Hi i was told on my ticket to come here to query about login issues... It seems i can lg into tranquility just fine but on the test server it says "Invalid username or password"... how to fix?

User login information is duplicated from Tranquility to the test server at intervals that can be a few weeks apart. Your account is probably newer than the last time this happened.

Your best bet is to keep trying every few days to a week until it works. Once you're able to log in, you can try using the instructions here

to update your skills once in a while, as needed.

One of the QA team may be able to chime in with when another user data transfer should happen, but this is an expected issue with new accounts and all you can really do is wait.
