This might be a long shot, but does anyone have a character for sale under 2.3b? Combat PvE or PvP pilot

Can fly all races frigs, destroyers and cruisers and use all T1 small and medium weapons. Decent gunnery and missile support. Dessie specialist with all races at 5, and T2 small projectiles, plus advanced weapon upgrades. Great for getting into PvP, or as an RvB alt.

Oh and 2 remaps available. Also has a 2013 DOB, to make you look a bit more leet.

The transfer costs 2 PLEX = 1.65B ISK... you won`t get that much skillpoints with your budget. You have to increase it!
