Self "Armor Repair" / "Shield Boost" bonuses mechanics

Some ship skills give bonus for certain ships (Incursus, Maelstrom ect) that gives bonus to self repair or shield boost amount. Does this bonus apply when a ship with this bonus being repaiered by remote module from another ship?

There is no ship with a bonus to amount of remote rep received.

There are ships with a bonus to resists, which is functionally the same thing as a bonus from remote rep.

High resists = happy logi.
High hitpoints make logi sad.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.
