We'll know when they put up the big sticky about how Tiamat features are now on SiSi, but since the Minmatar T3 destroyer is part of what's scheduled I would anticipate that to be making an appearance at some point.

Unfortunately we have a minor problem with incorrect data, which needs to be fixed tomorrow. Current estimate is to update Singularity tomorrow afternoon, as long as no other problems are coming up.
