Looked in the evelopedia page and did not find answers to these questions:

1. What are the dangers to sharing out a POS password?
That is to say, except for some ahole bumping someone outside the shields to agress them, can a non corp member do anything once inside the shields?
Example: I set up a POS in low sec and then let a corp that lives in the system have the POS password. Can they do anything bad even if they wanted to? Or would it just be a handy place to park for them(until downtime)?

2. POS defense. If I set the pos up to standard defensive and Blue the corp from 1, even if they got bumped they would not be shot by the pos, right?
Settings like:
Attack if standing is lower than: 0.1 and blue friendlies.
Attack if at war

1. Can't do anything but enter the force field (it isn't the shield!).

2. POS only recognizes corp-to-corp standing. Tower will always defend itself. Attack at war causes it to attack war targets without provocation (good). Attack if <0.1 causes it to attack all neutrals and bad standing without provocation (also usually good).

Repeating this for emphasis: POS only recognizes corp-to-corp standing. You can't blue individuals.

OK, meant force field.....my years of watching ST:TOS is coming out. Thanks for the reply.

Oh, one more question:
3. If someone is in a corp that is RED to my corp(I.E. I set standings low for their corp) and they have the password, can they still come in the shields?

I was thinking of setting up a couple "free-for-all" towers in FW zones with the password in the tower name for anyone to use. Just for fun.

Yes they can. Then you can change the PW and bump them all out and giggle.
