Does CCP plan to expand the amount of station offices allocated to each station inside Thera in the future? Currently most of the offices are held by all of the big alliances and I feel like all it does is really hurt the corporations that want to live and work inside thera.

As Thera is closest thing to a content patch we've gotten in a while it would be a shame to see it just split up between big alliances, which ultimately pushes the small guys out and leaves a salty aftertaste in our mouths.

Adding more offices won't really change the real problem, only how many groups are affected by the real problem.

The real problem is that, by the eight month, office prices will break 1.1 billion ISK per month (office prices go up by 5% each day that zero are available).

Month 6: 62m ISK
Month 7: 268m ISK
Month 8: 1.16b ISK

I expect folks to begin pulling out at that point, leaving only the largest players to keep and scoop up the recently-freed offices, at least for one final month.

Month 9: 5b ISK

After that, prices get to the point where you're paying the price of supercarriers and titans for each office each month. I can't foresee the offices being full at this point, and I anticipate it fluctuating much as the trade hub office prices do. Prices go down when there are more than one offices available, and remain stagnant at one office available. Of course, getting prices down to such a level will probably take about twice as long as they took to get up there, so probably in about a year and a half after the nine-month mark is when we'll see office prices in Thera stabilize similarly to Jita's offices and the other trade hub offices.

For what it's worth, office prices for the rest of the first year if nobody unrented their offices would be:

Month 10: 21.7 billion ISK (a supercarrier)
Month 11: 93.6 billion ISK (a titan)
Month 12: 404.5 billion ISK (a couple months of some damn good sub-cap wars)

So yes, the big issue will become the offices prices, not the availability of offices themselves as offices will become available as that price increases. If you add more offices but keep the same pricing mechanics, you just end up with more people running into the multi-billion-ISK prices.

Statistically speaking, a Dev response is more likely here than in F&I...that and the trolls in F&I will derail most topics while the ISD's laugh...

Or if you word your idea in the form of "waking up next to the avatar above" you are also more likely to get a Dev response, than posting in the F&I section...its kind of sad really.
