Support Ticket Response Time (Category is seen as "Unknown"?)

Hi,

I have opened a ticket for reimbusement 2 days ago, honestly usually it takes up to 24 hours to get a reply from a GM in any MMO I have played so far (usually 1 to 4 hours max)...Is it normal to wait that long in EVE for a response (48 hours so far), I rarely open a ticket in EVE since I had almost 0 problems in all those years that's why I have no clue how long it takes to get a response. Although I opened the ticket under "reimbusement " category but it shows as "UNKNOWN" on category section on my ticket status, does that cause the delay?

May I have an answer please, thanks.

I can confirm that we have received a few tickets from you and that they are still in our system. I can only apologize for the delay. When your ticket is replied to you will receive a reply to your email associated with the account as well as a reply in-game.
