[WTB] Caldari/Minmatar (both pref.) toon 30M SP+

Looking for a Caldari+Minmatar pilot with 30M sp or more (29M with perfect skills is fine aswell ofcourse).

I'd like:

Arrow Frigs, dessies and cruisers V
Arrow HAC's and Strat. Cr available
ArrowSubsystems atleast to IV

ArrowNear perfect/perfect Shield skills (support skills included)
(AttentionArmor skills are a nice bonus!)
Arrow All other ship skills are welcome ofcourse and might just make u some extra ISK ;) (intys,covops,logi,...)
Arrow Missiles skills are obviously important (support skills included)
ArrowGunnery skills are important aswell, though I only really need Projectile skills tbh (support skills included)
ArrowEngineering and navigation skills are needed aswell, but I guess most players at 30m have these at V ofcourse.
Arrow Drones are welcome, but not necesary.

EXTRA:

Idea Exhumers with decent mining skills are very welcome (our corp chief demands rocks every once in a while hehe)
Idea PI (is boring) Roll
