If there are no contracts in game, you can also check the sell orders forum.

There are a number of blueprints offered there all the time.

Most contracts on blueprints are completly rubbish. I saw a contracts that were more expensive than the build items.
There was a Steve Ronuken site with BPCs calculator. I don't recall the name and i have no idea if it was accurate but it may be good for a start.

or speak to anyone in my corp and we'll build at cost for ya. :) You just bring the minerals needed, which will probably be less than what you will see if you look at a market BPO description.
