Camera Panning in Captain's Quarters Jumpy

As title says, panning the camera in Captain's Quarters is incredibly jumpy; moves slow and jumps quick etc, very much NOT smooth. I have tried disabling Vsync but that hasn't been beneficial. Camera panning in Ship Hangar or Space is perfectly fine.

Camera panning speed in settings is set to default. I have tried raising and lowering it. No change to the issue. I have also tried wiping all settings and reinstalling the client completely. No luck.

I have been experiencing this issue since December's update.

Any help?

This issue plagues a friend of mine as well; we certainly can't be the only ones???
