Greetings

I'm looking around for an industrial character. My budget is undisclosed but I am looking for a character with no more than 40m SP at this time, may be able to stretch further if I deem the toon worth it.

The character MUST:

Arrow Be a maxed Hulk pilot
Arrow Be a maxed Orca pilot
Arrow Be a freighter pilot
Arrow Have good reprocessing skills
Arrow Be able to travel in all empire space
Arrow Have excellent core skills (Engineering, Electronics, Drones, Mechanic, Navigation etc)
Arrow Must NOT have a stupid name/poorly spelt name

Bonuses would be:

Attention Jump Freighter pilot
Attention Manufacturing skills
Attention Probing skills
Attention Hacking & Analyzing skills
Attention Leadership skills other than those required for a maxed Orca

To be honest, I have no clue what he is worth at the moment.
What would you offer for him? I'm also on EVE right now if you'd like to talk.

To be honest I think he's probably worth beyond what I'm willing to pay for an industrial alt. It's a very nice toon though
