Both the experimental and prototype accels are currently trading at 1.5-2.5x their normal price

Experimental hovered around the 20-30 mark, and then a mass buyup occurred. The presumably well stocked buyer has now successfully jacked the price into the 70 range.

Moving at longer distances even on sub capitals can be faster.

accels = time, time is gtc ISK, gtc ISK equals (avarage plex cost + accels = time) = startertoons sellers?
