skills that I'm looking for:

Subsystem skills for both to V
Gunnery support skills to V
Medium Railgun and Blaster spec to IV
Missile support skills to V
Heavy Assault and Heavy Missile spec to IV
Supporting Navigation skills to V
Cybernetics V
Necessary Armor and Shield skills to V

Pilot will probably at least 50-60 mil SP.

Budget: probably around 25bil per character but willing to up that to 30 for something exceptional (not paying 30b for your 50mil skill point character)

edit: seems I'm a little out of touch with the market atm...updated budget
