Confessor mode buttons disappear when taken from ship bay in WH system

Is this a feature or a bug?

A corpmate and I have both had this problem with our confessors... we took them from hisec into our home wormhole system and all was fine, but then we stored them in the ship bay at our POS, logged off, got into them the next day to find that the buttons had disappeared that change between the three modes.

When I brought up the fitting window I noticed that it too has buttons for the mode, but despite them lighting up briefly when clicked, the mode didn't change and the original mode button was still "selected".

Is this deliberate, to prevent people who live in wormhole systems using them effectively, or is it actually a bug?

I did a search for this issue but couldn't find any info, so apologies if this has already been covered.

I should add that after realising this, we took one back to hisec, docked up in a station, undocked again to find that the buttons were back. We brought it back in to the WH system again, put it in the ship bay, got it out again to find the buttons STILL THERE, but then when we repeated the experiment with a LOGOFF inbetween putting the ship in the bay and getting it out again, the buttons had vanished again.

can confirm the bug. i was wondering before why i could not switch modes in my confessor when i eject it out of ship maintenance array. same behavior of confessor like OP posted. its very annoying noticed lso that storing the confessor in orca/carrier also causes this behavior to happen but not always i packed into orca two confessors, ejected them at pos boarded one - has buttons , boarded another one and he did not have his buttons. not sure if it affect pos in highsec, but storing confessor in wormhole in orca/carrier/pos causes this strange behavior to hppen .

Can also confirm.

Going into ISIS and back out again fixes the problem.

It'd be super cool if the ship made from W Space parts could be used easily while in W Space... Just sayin...
