Ban from tranquility ended, but still active on sisi?

So I got a 1 week ban on TQ, and that took effect on sisi at the same time, however the ban has now ended, but I cant get onto sisi still, why is this?

GM need to lift the ban in singularity individually . theyare not lifted automatically , so GM can only lift it

well petitions on singularity arent working so yes , they need see topic there to react . . but if you read on forums , banned accounts are not activated on singularity unless good reason. but i bet they will lift it
