PI Command center output per level / Processor usage

So I'm lookin for information on how much cpu and power processors use also how much a command center puts out at the different upgrade levels. Does any1 here know? Or have a link? Or have a rough estimate of how many processors each command center upgrade can support on a smallish barren planet?

Looking into setting up something like this: imgur.com/C3yp4TF only with a tighter layout. Could this be done with CCU 3 or 4?

IIRC i had 18 factories and 2 launchpads on char with ccu3.
