sleeper damage question

Could someone please tell me if i have got this right.

if in a wormhole clearing sleepers, and for example i am in a drake with 75% thermal,explosive and kinetic resist but i only have 65% em resist are the sleepers going to hit me with em damage only or will it be a mixture of everything?

Mixture of everything. The sleeper turrets are EM/Therm and the sleeper missiles are Kin/Exp.

They don't adapt to hit your weakness. Generally it's best to omni-tank for sleepers. Some do more EM/Thermal, some do more exp/kinetic, but generally over the whole site it will even out.
