Yeah, so I filed a petition last week, still no answer. Is this the time of year that it takes a long time to get an answer or is the system down, or....? I've filed a few petitions in the past that had good results, so I'm just curious if something's changed lately.

Depends what kind of customer you are.

.5 - 24 hour reply time - NeX user/Plex purchaser
24 - 1 week - Subscription player
1 week - never - everyone else

LOL well, I subscribe and buy Plex sometimes, but on the other hand I formerly ran three accounts and now only run one, so maybe that penalizes me....

The expansion generated lots-and-lots of petitions without magicking up more trained GMs. Last time GM Hormonia posted stats, there were some 5000 petitions awaiting a GMs eye (not 5000 incomplete ones, 5000 that no GM had yet seen). Be patient.
