Ice Cycle losing ice bug?

Figured I would play around with Ice mining and noticed a bug where every cycle I am suppose to get 2 blocks of ICE but sometimes I only get one block of ice....

Both modules running, both green, both complete cycle but only one ice block instead of two. It is random and repeatable it seems to happen randomly and then goes back to pulling in two blocks per cycle and then happens again.

Any one else getting this?

It's only one block missing every now and again but over time if it happens 100 times thats a lot of blocks and ISK missing due to a bug.

I've noticed this since I initially started Ice mining 4 years ago. It happens on and off and does not seem to be related to whether I am dual boxing, solo-mining, using a wired or wireless connection. It simply happens.

Very annoying.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.
