Reverse engineering skill book

i looked around on websites and the all talk about a skill book that you need for reverse engineering, i want to build and invent t3 stuff, but there is no skill book please if someone knows more on how to help me

Sleeper Encryption Methods.

And/or any other skills as required when you open the Industry window for that job.
Everything's in-game. Look around in 'Science'.

On the show info screen for any of the sleeper relics, it will show you which skills you need to conduct reverse engineering on that relic.
