Happened to me in lowsec while I was trying to bombard the Flickering structure with everything I could think of they popped up and I thought as you do "yay rats"...um nope

3 volleys while I was pinned by the structure

and it was the pod way home for me

I just stomped 9 of them with a Drake.

1rst round of 5, then when down to the last 2, four more warped in.

Oddly enough, the last 3 seemed to have a higher resist to my Heavy Missiles.

Shield tank never reached below 45% and their dps was not constant which allowed my shields to build back up.

Meaning the DPS seemed to go up and down.

Fun fight, and apparently my Drake is better skilled than my Raven in DPS and Tank... lol

Whats the dmg type for those Cicadian guns? EM-Therm?
Rather fast firing @ 3secs volley.

As I understand use of MWD is a big no no they hit you full damage

2 waves the second being stronger and perhaps geared towards your dps weak spot

all very interesting I hope it really kicks things up and I have to hide my corp in a dead end system away from the evil swarm...could be very fun

Lvl 4-5 on most skills.

They shot Praedomitan Missiles at me and another weapon.

5 vs a battleship and I had to dock up due to noobing up the fight. LOL

Behold! For I have statistics.

Their turrets deal equal amounts of EM and Thermal damage, that is,
154 EM and 154 Thermal damage, per shot.
The firing rate is 5 seconds, so they deal 61.6 DPS and deal 308 damage per volley.
The turrets have a huge optimal range/falloff (alike most sleepers) which is 67,500m/33,750m.
They have battleship tracking on their turrets (0.04rad/s) so they should be quite easy to avoid.

They'll orbit you at 45 km if they can get there. 155m/s.

For missiles, they fire Praedormitan Missiles which deal equal amounts of Explosive and Kinetic damage (this is where sleepers get their omni-damage platform).
The damage-modifier for the missiles on the Circadian Seeker is rather low,
so each missile have a potential damage of 105 Explosive and 105 Kinetic.
The firing rate for the missile launchers is that of standard Heavy Missile Launchers, so, 15.00 seconds per shot.
That makes the damage a measly 14 per second. The volley size is, of course, 210.
The explosion radius for Praedormitan Missiles is 125m.
And the range for each missile with the Circadian Seeker is 84.375 km.

Their defensive layers are quite tough.

They have 2 073 HP in their shields and the resists are as follows:
74% EM - 78% Thermal - 81% Kinetic - 85% Explosive
Passive Recharge is neglectable.

A Circadian Seeker's Armor is its toughest defense.
5 600 HP, 60% omni-resist, and a 18.67HP/s repair rate.

Structure is 2 800 HP with 0% resist, as usual.

For battleships, their signature radius is 150m.

In summary, 82% of their DPS comes from the turrets, which deal EM and Thermal equally.
So that's what you tank for if you intend on receiving full damage.
Or use fast Cruiser or Frigate classes. Totally up to you what you do with these stats.

Have fun!

Thank you =o)

Interesting enough, when I fought them outside a station they did seem to orbit at 45km.

However, my second engagement was at a gate and their orbit was 10km as I was stationary in my Drake.

What you get in game will vary. These show the theoretical maximums for each different attribute.

For example, one that I didn't list was its MWD speed, which is 1,240m/s. You'll probably never ever see it doing that speed, but that's what it can do.

The damage and defensive layers never change, though.

Very interesting and explains what happened in my situation

It is a shame you would make an excellent instructor in the Scope Project

Indeed, however, while I could, other people could also.
And I'd rather just be on my own while playing. I doubt I'd have the enthusiasm to engage in something that isn't on my terms.

Anyone can access this information, by the way.

Probably nothing, as they are only interested in aggressors. But... would they react if you say... remote repped/boosted a miner? Pirate

It's stored in the database. There's several sites that provide the SDE in a well-presented state. I use my own.
But, yeah. All NPC data is in the EVE database.

Here's one of them for your convenience:
http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online
It's currently still on the Rubicon SDE, but everything else is there.

Confirmed. Their agro AI is a bit smarter than that. They'll even warp from a battle to chase the original aggressor.
