If you ever gets people to participate in your lottery, you can have the dice be as many face as the number of participant. Your real issue is not on the technical side of things being un-able to generate a number but on the social side because nobody will bother to even get in unless you somehow build an history of your lottery being worth joining.

How hard is you to open excel to write down the name of each participant which would have a number assigned to them and then roll a dice? Is this beyond what you though was possible?

People are not getting into your idea because it's most likely not worth their time. If you somehow prove them it is worth their time, they will participate.

The value of a Titan or the fee for said services?

The only automated eve lottery style trackers that I've seen require an ISK transaction.

But I'm sure if I asked for 1 ISK per player for tracking purposes I'd be accused of scamming EvO...1 ISK at a time Roll
