Why does support take so long??

I submitted a ticket 9 days ago and still no response, why is it taking so long???

You might not want to go there because they don't like it if you discuss petitions on the forum. To answer your question though, it might be because your petition isn't in a high-priority category.

At least it's support that has some quality.

Try SWTOR = you submit petition for an actual issue and a week later an auto-response thanks you for your nice bug report and informs you that the petition has been closed.

In all MMO's, providing support is an expense that doesn't bring new customers in (it may retain current ones, but that's debatable), so it's often outsourced or provided with minimal staff. Hence, long wait times and debatable quality.

EVE's support is pretty good, compared to other MMO's.
