Title says it all. Wanting it to be mainly focused, but I do not mind a little bit wasted, as we all know few pilots are perfectly trained.

Price range I am looking at should be between 5-8 bil. Not looking for anything more than that. I will be searching until Friday afternoon, so post your chars below.

It goes without saying, no kill rights and positive security status. I am going to have to get in all parts of Hi-sec, so the faction standings have to be good enough that I do not get shot at by the military.
