Just a quick FYI, you need to be in an NPC corp to transfer/sell
CCP will come knocking and lock the thread otherwise.

That is true, but you don't need to be in one to make a post. You send a mail to your former corp letting them know of the sale, then leave corp. Its in the rules if you read ALL of them.
