Someone did a big buyout in Jita spiking the price from 3.3m to 6.6m sell - still some smaller arbitrage opportunities from other regions.

I'd had a regionwide buy order on these up for a while and had been heavily dumped upon at 1900k in a fairly dangerous lowsec system. Reposted them all at 3300k a while back and they were all bought a few hours back.

Presumably it's an alliance stockpiling for a new fleet doctrine.

It already crashed and i wasn't in that market in the past 2 days.
