Offset interface with Camera (not working with Proteus)

The offset interface with Camera button isn't working on my laptop
and desktop. I usually have it set for my ship to be offset a bit, but
now the interface is offset as well, and toggling the button doesn't
fix it.

Laptop: OS 10.9.5
2.2 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB Ram

Desktop
27" iMac OS 10.10
16 GB Ram
