window blur causes brackets and any other in-space markers to not display behind windows

i asked around in my channels and this exact reason caused many i asked to turn it off in the options, esp for players which rely on situational awareness (small scale pvp). I have it turned off too, however this causes many windows to be very transparent, this is not an issue in space, but it is when docked (fitting stuff, industry etc).

is there no way to fix it so that the markers are still displayed when blur is on?

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

Set blur OFF
Set the transparensy slider to 30% and it will be more comfortable when docked. On the other hand with this settings the brackets will be well visible when in space.
