positive wallet and sec status, no kill right, all CCP rules will be followed

nice toon don't take grief from the guys using the character apraiser that thing always under values char's by 10-40% it ignores focus and many lvl 5 skills.

pro tip set a password on ur eveboard even if its 1234 and just put that in thread then they can plug it into the apraiser :)
