Currently yes.. even when I had the GTX680 installed the FPS would quickly drop in those areas. Over the last couple days I haven't encountered a problem (yet), and because the same site / situation hasn't come up again, I'm not sure if a ticket should be submitted. The 680 will be reinstalled tomorrow so it is kind of silly to submit a ticket unless it will help future users.

My GTX 550ti seems to handle the most massive of loads in EvE, unless its one of those 3k+ grid is broken to hell in a hand basket fights. But then every gets effected then unless you have some extreme top end machine.

yea mine is 3gb ... it works (currently using onboard video because of a busted fan) but if you launch the FPS monitor you can still see a huge drop. You may not notice it but the computer picks it up.
