Worth training Hacking and Archaeology to V?

I checked google and nothing has been discussed since Odessy changes to exploration. So my question is is it worth training these skills to V, are the benefits from 4 to 5 worth the extra 15 days?

From what I've read, the biggest money is gained doing Relic Sites (i.e. Archaeology). Data Sites (Hacking) not so much.

Didn't use to be, now there is. Like the guy above me said, archeology for the coherence or w/e the f it is.

Not today spaghetti.

Yes. If you want to do null sites.

Or sleeper caches. I'd say both are worthwhile there but -- of course -- it depends on the rest of your skillset.

If you're dedicated to exploring and it's a main isk income for you, then yes. T2 Analyzers and the skill let's you blow through the hacking game pretty quickly which equates to getting in and out quick.

People spend way more time training mining skills for a lot less isk per hour.

Yes I am an avid explorer and have been for years however I have come to a point after 6 years of training I can now start on skills that once were not as much of a priority as others. I have very decent scanning skills and if training up the skills for the mods I use inside the sites up more albeit spending 15 days each is worth it than now would be the time for me to plug them in my queue. I was curios as to others who have trained these skills up if it were indeed worth it and what were some of the noticeable benefits for doing so.

t2 analysers are very worth it, +10 virus strength means u can kill most nodes while only taking damage once to yourself and the added coherence is just a nice bonus.

If you explore outside of high-sec, or plan to run ghost and sleeper sites -- yes! If you don't care about sleeper sites you could get away with just Archaeology V.

Hacking V isn't worth it unless you are going to do sleeper caches as data sites are a joke. Archaeology V however is worth every second of training time once you leave hisec. Mmmm, intact armor plates...

Ironically, a year and a half or so ago Relic sites were absolute trash and Data sites had all the money. As a result I now have both at lvl V.

And yes, it's totally worth it for the t2 analyzers. They are probably not required in secure space, but if you're doing relic and/or data sites in secure space you're doing something wrong.

In W-Space and nul-space t2 it's totally worth it.

I do most of my exploration in high sec and trained an alt to do the hacking. Got both to V and find it very nice. Sleeper caches make it worthwhile and the occasional jump into a wormhole to run faction data and relics is another reason.

Even high sec data sites can have gems in them like optimized decryptors, POS bpc's and deployable bpc's. On the lowest level cans you can one click everything and hack them all very quickly.

Even in highsec (and before the introduction of sleeper caches) there are systems like Aphi and Deltole with static sites that were a lot easier to do with a T2 Data/Relic analyzer.
However, earning good ISK/hr from these sites is pure lottery.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

If you explore as your primary income they are more than worth it.
