I have a lot of respect for you but you are way off base here. You did not address what I said at all.

Do you feel if one gank takes place in a particular spot, there should be no more ganking in that particular spot for the entire day? Let's keep in mind we are all trying to have fun. Having such a rigid situation does not sound like fun. There needs to be a way to move them or they need to despawn in a reasonable amount of time.

No, I actually believe Concord sitting forever somewhere has no sense. It doesn't even happen with "RL police". It should despawn after some minutes.
Would auto-despawn affect some of the many EvE mechanics in a negative way? I don't recall (so many months I don't undock any more, I got rusty Sad ).

It would be a modest buff to solo gankers. Mainly because right now if someone double ganks in a system then it can become impossible to pull Concord off grid.

You actually can clear any number of concord with one person, it just takes 15 minutes per concord, and you have to know how their responses are determined. Mail me if you'd like more info.

It's actually more worth reading than you would expect.

tl;dr version: One of our noble Goon Overlords looked at our work and said, "Huh I can probably do that." And he did, and he had fun doing it.

This is pretty sad...."elite" nullsec PvP player goes to highsec to blow up some pathetic miners. What a joke.

And another great example of why ganking is far too easy and consequence free and needs to meet the nerf bat.

I believe the proper term is "nullbear", but thanks!

No, the accurate modern term is actually just "gankbear"

Strategically placing ships before going GCC can cut that down considerably.

Miners are pathetic? That's kind of rude, you know. I mean, many of them may be afk. Many of them may be surly and antisocial, but pathetic is just kind of mean. Roll

And there is that other matter... you know, the one where ganking carries higher consequences than most forms of high sec pvp. (for the victor)
But we wont go there now, will we? Here. Have another chicken.

But don't link lossmails with concord on them, this sort of thing is... no wait, it's in C&P so you can... can you?

Good catch...CONCORD blows up your 5 million isk catalyst and gives you (but not your alts!) a 15 minute timeout. It's almost as harsh as the penalties for dealing drugs in Singapore. I mean, what will they think of next., perhaps a 12 isk fine as well?

Hm. The guy who activates a killright and pops the target loses nothing.
The guy who finds a war target and pops him/her/it loses nothing.
The guy who suspect baits someone and pops them loses nothing.
The guy who duels someone and pops them loses nothing.
The guy who suicide ganks someone loses his ship every time.

Ya, people who commit CRIMES suffer the loss of their crummy 5 million isk ship. A few of them can cause billions of isk in damage.

Well... the loss of billions of isk is inevitable when you fly untanked ships. Same goes for all ships of all sizes. Would you fly an untanked titan knowing that all of eve space is a potential pvp zone. If anything i feel that ganking can teach those whom are new or careless that if you fly untanked ships, you will lose them regardless of what kind they are.

And what is there to nerf? nerf pvp? lol this is not the game for you. Nerf catalysts? Along comes the rocket corax. I used to like reading your stuff but its just become so unfruitful and tedious. not impressed.

Everything is permitted unless it isn't. So much hangup over the word crime when much of what I described above would be considered crimes (even though they aren't) by the losers.
Also, your catalysts keep getting cheaper and cheaper.
A fully fit "Incursus of Holy Flagellation" runs about 10 to 12 mil, depending on the quantity and quality of the ammo, drugs, and hookers in the cargo hold. If it in the process of doing something that someone else considers to be a very bad thing, manages to go boom, I would be out about 10 to 12 mil. Just like any other ship with weapons on it, it can destroy other ships. Sometimes those ships are worth 'billions and billions'. The catalyst pilot's loss is guaranteed, and if they are not already -10, they will be one step closer.

What I am saying is that they already suffer steeper penalties for what they do. The ISK value of their lost ship is no more or less important than the ISK value of their exploded victim, because ISK is not a tank. Irrelevant, that's the word I was looking for. You call it a slap on the wrist because they adapt to the new environment inflicted on them by the mechanics.
If only other portions of the player base would adapt to their environment changing.... then threads like these would be less frequent, or necessary.Cool

I'd love a 5 mill gank cat. Does anyone have the fitting and magic space dust to make it work?

How much does a gank cat with all meta 1 stuff cost? Can't imagine it's over 5 mil....even meta 4 stuff should be reasonably cheap.
