What would be the best ship to ninja Abandoned Talocan Battleships with? Some of the sites have 3 BS plus an additional Sentinel BS spawn guarding it, so you've got to be looking at 2000dps.

I thought Nestor at first as it's got the scanning bonuses, but I'm not sure if it could tank that much.

I've got 2 chars, so maybe Scorpion to jam as many out as possible then a tanky Nestor?

Want to be in and out as fast as possible as it will be in someone else's system!

I dont think you can use ECM on NPC's

Back when the burner missions arrived I believe we tried to ECM in them and werent able to

Sleepers can be jammed, it is common practice to jam out the last sleeper in escalations to allow everyone to extract and let you salvager come in to do his thing. Once done you warp out and the site can be re-escalated the following day.

You may be sucessful with a scorpion/nestor combo but maybe easier to kill a couple of sleepers first.

Just kill everything but the trigger and bring in a rook or something to jam it out. Salvage away.

Yeh I usually just bring in a Domi for everything but the trigger, then bring a falcon to jam the trigger, then bring an Astero to hack the Talocan...

Just wanted a Ninja way of doing it. I can hack the can in the first attempt (usually), and given I'm in enemy territory, I want to be able to warp in, do the hack, then moonwalk out.

Without a warpin in directly on the Talocan BS wreck, you likely don't want to try and "ninja" it since you land about 50 km from the can and are almost immediately under heavy neut pressure and a lot of webs and warp disruptors. Even if you managed to get a warpin on the wreck, something is going to get pointed in the site. Either the hacking ship or the ship trying to jam out the sleepers to allow the hacking ship to get away...

This is why the most common method of doing this kills everything but the trigger first. Only one point to deal with then.

lol, you should use a bship, id use a tanky one with capbooster and mjd, warp at like 200, let sleepers get semi close, warp to talocan, hack loot->mjd away=>warp off. but thats with ideal skills and tech 2 relic analyzer.

You can run the sites without BS sleepers is more or less anything Drake and above.

What ever happened to the old passive shield recharge drake with the warp stab for cleanup lol... One hack one arch module a few tank mods.. and a warp stab in the lows.. salvage and tractors in the highs.. burn around clean it up and warp out.. no need to jam anything.. the modules your trying to use only work at close range anyway so the drawbacks of the stab make no difference
