ACCENT LOUNGE IS CLOSED THIS WEEKEND!!!

I found a place across the street it is called, "The Next Act". The reviews seem nice, looks like it will fit us, and it should not be stupid loud.

For anyone that has not seen the updated MOTD in the in game channel, the location for the January meet as been moved to "The Next Act" It is across the street from our usual place.

If you have jump cal 5 trained you should be just in range.

Second Saturday of every month. Unless it falls on a holiday weekend. Next one will be feb 14th... which come to think of it we should probably move to the weekend after that so we don't have a mass of Eve Player Spouse Induced deaths.

So I would like to organize a larger meet up for this summer. Seeing as at this stage it would be difficult to predict far in advance how many people would be able to attend, I think I'll look at some form of backyard BBQ or something similar.

If we can get enough people RSVPing positively then I'll contact a few groups about potential door prizes. I hear Eve-Bet likes supporting events. Maybe we can give away a couple PLEX or something.

To start things off, I'll be creating a mailing list this evening. Once I have it created I'll post it in the ingame chat, on the facebook page and probably here on the thread as well.

The first step I think will be determining roughly how many people are actually interested in such a gathering. If people could send me a mail with a subject of: Summer Meet I'll get a count of interested parties. If you have specific periods of the summer you are unavailable for such a meetup include them in the mail and I'll do my best to find a date that works for the largest number of people possible.

If you have friends who would join but are unlikely to mail me themselves, let me know that as well.
