ISIS is SISI in reverse. Perfect sense in regards to planning skills in ISIS and testing them on SISI.

Besides, and not trying to get political, the abbreviation was assigned by other governments and media. Any one of 3 or 4 abbreviations could be used for the group in question.

CCP had it first.
