HI,

I am looking at joining the caldari militia and am curious to know which system I should use to setup as a base in LS. I realise systems change hands but what is the current "staging" system for caldari.

There isn't a single staging system for the caldari militia, most alliances in the militia have their own home systems in lowsec.

If you want to live in lowsec as part of calmil I'd strongly suggest joining a player corporation, FW is much more fun that way. Additionally, most corps and alliances have jump freighter services and ship contracts, which make living in lowsec a lot easier.

Yeah, pretty much join an alliance. If you need help by all means ask with your timezone and what not and we can see about pointing you in the right direction. Right now a lot of people are hanging out in Hasmijaala with Templis because the Gallente want to try to take it again. Always good fun, but other groups are further into Black Rise as their main base of storage/operation.

Nisuwa. Make sure you move your stuff there before you join FW. Otherwise it'll be a bit tough to get your stuff there.

Have you considered joining one of the non-terrible militias instead?

This is an alt so I am not sure who will take him, hence going in to the militia.

@ Morgan, thats the info I was after thanks,

@ fleet warp, if you read the forums.. they all terrible.. so its very tough to decide which is best.. sigh. Just keen to get in to some small/solo pvp.

Hasmijaala. That system will always be Caldari, until we don't want it anymore. Lost of fights to be had near by. Good luck getting thru the Pirate camps in Tama. Be brave, young pilot.
