POS and skill modified standing

Hi people of EVE forums Cool

I have got a small problem and hope you can help me. Recently I have decided to peak into invention and things around - so I ultimately need a POS. I decided to start a one man corporation and make POS in Minmatar space where I have a standing around 6,23 and as I recall after 7 days my newly created corp will have same standing as I have.

My problem is that my actual standing is a bit lower but increased by social skills. So my question is: will my corp have my actual real standing or the one boosted by social skills?

Standing for anchoring towers is based on the UNmodified standing so you might have to mission for a bit more before you can get it anchored.

nope, it uses base standings. you should be just a hair above 5.50 if your modified skills are at 6.23 though.

edit -- assuming you have L4 connections, though my maths could be off.

Yes it is something close to your numbers. Thank you both for answers. I will try some more missions, data centres and COSMOS missions.

OK I have an interesting problem. My main is -5.0 with Caldari (but doesn't get shot headed to Jita because of diplo). If my corp gets it standing from the Raw standings will diplomacy still apply?

Also look into doing the starter missions from the newbie station (make a new minmatar toon to find a location). They are storylines so they result in faction standing increase.
