I'd rather not spend my first year stuck with a int/mem mapping because I wanted to be a miner during my first two weeks. A few million ISK of blocks is chump change.

Really? People mess up their remaps twice in the first year? So much easier to just dump Charisma into the two main groups each and no longer obsess about it.

Worrying about remaps is for those going all out +5s asap, full year or two planned, Cerebral Accelerator, etc.
