tonight my freigther was tackelt by a single gnosis in highsec and no concord appears, you can see on the screenshot he got crimal counter ( i got a killright on him), after round 5-10 minutes he shoot my freighter to 84% struccture as he loose his points and i could warp off ( i think he run out of cap )

Sometimes they'll bump you while warp scrambling a container renamed to "YOU" to make you think they are scrambling you and you end up attacking first and get concorded. You can't warp, and here's a message say "you" are being warp scrammed. I've seen it done a few times.

Yeah.. I don't know.. I have a pretty finely tuned bull****-o-meter.. and right now its pegging into the red...


I also am not seeing a permit active for you, and I noticed you didnt have a single module fit to your 'freighter'.. so im starting to get a little clearer picture of what 'might' be going on here...

..and you are pretty quick to use the term 'exploit'.. which is a little disturbing.. and kind of reveals the true nature of this thread..

because passive modules are not shown by settings

story in short

was autopiloting
switch back and see that picture i make a screen from
after 5-10 min. my freigther was in hull 84 prercent
he loose the point or disable it because he reognice i am not more afk
i go dock

i use "the exploid" as a question in the title, because there is no game mechanic i know that can explain me what happend there

i am not at war
i got no killrights
i am afk so i cant accept a duel
i am afk so i cant get suspect by "doing" someting
